Return, Refund, Liability

At Fanman’s Fan-Shop, we take pride in the quality of our products. Since each fan is carefully crafted and some are personalised, our return and refund policy is designed to protect our business while maintaining reasonable flexibility.

1. No Returns on Used or Personalized Items

• Due to hygiene and customization reasons, used fans and personalised fans are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• If a return is attempted on a used item, it will be refused and no refund will be issued.

2. Returns for Unused, Non-Personalized Items

• Unused, non-personalized fans may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be in original condition and packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from the refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
• If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement (not a refund).
• Minor cosmetic imperfections or slight variations in natural bamboo do not qualify as defects.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

• Refunds are issued only for approved returns and will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the item.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different fan, you must place a new order.
(2 is better than one anyway ;) )

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

No Liability for Third-Party Damage

• Users are responsible for handling the fan responsibly.
• We are not liable for injuries caused to others by improper use.

Material & Natural Variations

• Each fan is unique due to natural materials.
• Slight color, texture, or engraving variations are not defects and do not qualify for returns.

Statutory Warranty Rights Remain Unaffected

This disclaimer does not limit your legal rights regarding defective products.
