Shipping policy

1. General Information

All orders are processed and shipped from Berlin, Germany.

We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries.

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if a product is made to order (such as custom-engraved fans), shipment may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you by email. Handmade Fans are custom made on demand. This can take up to a week before shipping is initiated.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your delivery address, parcel size, and chosen shipping method.

You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

  • Germany: from €4.90

  • EU countries: from €8.90

  • Free shipping may apply for certain promotions or order values, as displayed on the website.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability.

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • EU countries: 4–10 business days

Custom-engraved or personalized items may require an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


4. Shipping Providers

We ship primarily with DHL, Deutsche Post, or UPS (depending on package size and destination).

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


5. Customs and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of receipt, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, report this immediately to the courier and contact us at [your email address]within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

We will assist you in filing a claim and, where possible, send a replacement.
